Big Sky Business Park Building Specifications

 

A modern one-story industrial real estate project featuring ten (10) ready to move into office/warehouse units.  Each unit has an air-conditioned/carpeted office that leads into a 14’ clear-height  warehouse.  The entire structure is protected by a automatic fire sprinkler system.  The 14’ clear height storage/manufacturing area, complete with a coffee bar area, is lighted by Luminare fluorescent lights and by the skylights overhead.  There is a Uni-Sex restroom and an adjoining janitorial closet plumbed to add an additional restroom if needed.  Each unit has a 10’ x 12’ loading door at the rear of the space.  The main panel contains  800 amps of 3-phase, 120/208, 4 Wire electrical which is distributed throughout each unit.  The square footage sizes are shown in the table below.  See the floor plan below showing  a typical unit.
